Begin by holding your Selenite wand approx 10cm away from your body and imagine the stone pulling away all the toxic energy from your body. Do this in a sweeping motion beginning at the root chakra and moving upwards towards your crown chakra. Light your sage and then gently blow out to allow it to smoulder. Repeat the same motion as above. Light your palo santo and repeat again but in the opposite direction, calling into your body beautiful white light filled with positivity and all you wish to receive. Once finished your ritual you must ensure to completely put out both your sage and palo santo by either placing them into sand or dirt (NOT water) and then store on a fire proof plate/bowl.
